No, Dripp and Dropp don't talk, but they get happy when the kids talk to them or when they get a hug. They always have a friend with them who helps them talk.

We have two fun playgrounds here.

One is located outdoors at the far end of the parking lot, facing the residential area.
We have an indoor playground. It's located across from New Yorker.

You’ll find our family room in the orange service corridor behind Chili&Wok. Here, there are armchairs where you can relax for a while and perhaps breastfeed in a slightly more private setting. If you need to change a diaper, there are two changing tables and trash cans. There’s also a lower-height toilet designed for small children.

Yes,dogsare welcome in our shopping center! You’re welcome to bring your dog along when you’re shopping, taking a walk, or having a coffee—but please keep in mind that each store and restaurant has its own policy regardingdogsindoors.

• It is up to each individual business to decide whetherdogsare allowed inside the premises.
• Clear signage is posted at the entrance to each store or restaurant.

Assistance dogs are always welcome—regardless of signage or store policy.

C4 Shopping uses video surveillance in the shopping center to prevent crime and provide law enforcement agencies with greater support in solving crimes.

C4 Shopping is authorized to conduct video surveillance in accordance with video surveillance guidelines, the Video Surveillance Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To fulfill this purpose, video footage is stored and may be handed over to law enforcement authorities in connection with suspected criminal activity. The camera footage is used solely for this purpose, and access to the camera system is restricted to the shopping center’s security guards only. We use your personal data in connection with the video surveillance at the shopping center. For information on where the data is stored, please contact the shopping center management.

Recorded footage is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the camera system, which is 14 days. Signs informing visitors about camera surveillance are clearly posted at each entrance. These signs include contact information for the facility’s data controller. Our photo booth is located right inside Entrance 3, behind the flower shop next to the pharmacy. Here, you can take photos for driver’s license renewals, ID cards, and more. The photo session is user-friendly, high-quality, and takes about 3 minutes. You can easily pay by card.

There are 3 defibrillators here at C4 Shopping.

If someone in the house goes into cardiac arrest:

Call 112
Begin CPR immediately
Call for help and ask someone to run and get the nearest defibrillator.

The bag contains a defibrillator with voice prompts.
It tells you exactly how to attach the pads to the body of the person who has lost consciousness.
It then provides shock instructions so that the user can maintain the correct rhythm.
The defibrillator detects the person’s pulse and cannot be used unless necessary.

We have our nice package drop-off area at Entrance 3, near Burger King and VACKER.

If you have special needs, we'll make things easier for you by:

Information Desks: There is an information desk at each of the three entrances, providing directions to stores and service locations. The lower section features a smaller map that is accessible if you are in a wheelchair.

Parking: There are marked accessible parking spaces closest to the entrance at all three entrances.

Wheelchair Rental: We’re happy to lend you a wheelchair if needed. If you want to make sure one is available, you can reserve one before your visit. To reserve or borrow a wheelchair, please contact security at 0708-54 79 22.

Restrooms: There is a restroom accessible to people with disabilities in every service corridor.

Entrances: For wheelchair users, there are push-buttons outside all entrances to open the side doors next to the turnstile.

Dogs: Certified service and guide dogs are permitted inside.

We have 25 public restrooms; they are free of charge and located in three different service corridors.

The blue service corridor is located at Entrance 1, near the residential area; it has 4 standard restrooms and 1 accessible restroom with a changing table.
The orange service corridor runs through the central aisle behind Chili&Wok; it has 12 standard restrooms and 1 accessible restroom with a changing table. There is also a smaller children’s restroom inside the family room.
The green service corridor is located just past VACKER; it has 5 standard restrooms and 1 accessible restroom with a changing table.

All items and bags found in the mall are returned to the store where they came from. If you’ve left behind a shopping bag or a newly purchased item, please contact the store where you made your purchase. If you’ve lost your keys, a cell phone, a wallet, or similar items, please contact security at 0708-54 79 22.

You can easily charge your device at any of our built-in furniture units. They are located at the entrances and along the walkways.

As a visitor, you are welcome to use our “C4 shopping free” Wi-Fi throughout the shopping center.

If you have a certified service dog or assistance dog—for example, for diabetes or epilepsy—you are, of course, welcome to bring it into C4 Shopping.

There is an ATM at C4 Shopping. It is located between Vacker and the green restroom hallway (it also has a deposit function).

Please do your part for the environment and ride your bike to C4 Shopping. There are many convenient bike paths leading here, and when you arrive, you can lock your bike to one of our many bike racks, which are located along the entire facade by the bike path and the residential area.

C4 Shopping is located right next to the E22, just east of Kristianstad. If you're using GPS, enter Fundationsvägen 17.

Directions:

Take Exit 40 toward Åhus/Broby, and then turn onto Åhusvägen.

If you're coming from the east, drive straight through the roundabout and you'll find the shopping center right on your right. If you're coming from the west, take Exit 40 toward Åhus/Broby, turn left at the first roundabout, and then turn left at the second roundabout after you've driven under the overpass. The shopping center will then be on your right.

Our parking lot is free and can accommodate about 1,500 cars. All of our parking spaces are 2.70 m wide, so there’s plenty of room between cars. If you drive an electric or hybrid car, you can charge your battery at one of our charging stations. Download the Assemblin Charge app fromthe App StoreorGoogle Play, enter your information, and follow the instructions on the charging station.

Public transportation is efficient, and there are several routes to C4 Shopping.
We’re happy to announce that City Bus No. 1 now also stops at our bus stop.
The bus stop is called Hammar/Nosabyvägen and is located just outside Entrance 1 (where you’ll find TryggaKliniken and Café Hannott, among other things).

There are three regional buses to and from C4 Shopping—the 545, 551, and 558. If you’re traveling from Kristianstad, all of these buses depart from Kristianstad C, among other stops. If you’re traveling from other destinations, please visit www.skanetrafiken.seor use their Reseplaneraren app (which you can easily download from their website).

Buses run several times an hour, and the ride from Kristianstad C to C4 Shopping takes about ten minutes.

There are approximately 1,500 parking spaces adjacent to C4 Shopping. To make things easier for our visitors, we do not have designated family parking spaces; instead, we have made all parking spaces extra wide (2.70 m). Parking with us is completely free between 6:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Parking is prohibited at other times (10:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m.). All of our bike racks are located near the residential area, next to the bike paths. There is a long row of posts there where you can securely lock your bike.
